Bielsa had a guy called Andres Clavijo as his translator at Leeds. Plus, he did have a decent grasp of English and used it, just not for post-match interviews. And yes, not being fluent in Spanish really isn't a problem for a US coach.
Yes. Andrés is a friend and doing well in Australia. But for Americans, a person that immediately does not speak English is automatically inept or not qualified, amongst other things. That is another conversation. But if they wanted a good coach, they'd be limited because of language.
